Spiderman 67 points of articulation

The super articulated (for the time, but still holds up) Spiderman figure for Toybiz. When I sculpted this model in clay I had no idea what I was in for. Besides the the craziness of sculpting in all the articulation by hand, I had to create a raised brick pattern texture for the blue area of the suit. These days these patterns are no problem digitally, but this pattern was created by taking an Exacto blade to a window screen and cutting out every other square on the mesh. I then wrapped the sculpted patterns over the clay and molded it, looking back it was pure madness.
